One of Bristol’s newest and hotly tipped dance music exports, Bacavi, cues up an impressive debut for Street Tracks with the ‘Scoop’ EP.

Since emerging in 2021 with his first release for Icarus’ Fly Boy Records, the talented DJ & producer has been honing his sound, straddling an ambitious fusion of lopsided synths and evocative melodies whilst transmitting sturdy club energy across his productions.

A trio of tracks are presented on the ‘Scoop’ EP; the title track offering up a heady and anthemic club tune, while ‘Asra’ weaves intricate textures for a feathery but weighty melodic house track. Finally, ‘Reflection’ offers a darker, more emotive dimension to Bacavi’s sound, rounding off an eclectic yet cohesive EP.
